Fortune follows Lorie Clements around. “When you’re open to it and the timing is right, good things happen,” she says.  “Things are flowing.”

How Lorie came to Rose City is an example of that fortune.  When Lorie learned that Renee Spears had built a successful mortgage business that values sustainability and social responsibility, she wanted to take Renee to lunch to “pick her brain.”  Renee agreed, and when Lorie came to pick her up she was immediately taken with the Rose City office and staff.  “I totally fell in love,” Lorie says.  The feeling was mutual, because by the end of the lunch, Lorie was working for Rose City.  She says, “I could not go back to my old job knowing that this existed.  Once you know the best, you can’t settle for less.”

As your loan officer Lorie knows that fortune is multiplied when you share it with others.  She says, “There’s always a path to achieving your goals.” She loves understanding her clients’ goals and helping them reach them, whether it’s getting that first home or multiple investment properties.

As part of her prosperity philosophy, Lorie believes when you take something from the earth, you should replace it with something of equal or higher value. That’s why she and her husband have spent the past few years learning about permaculture. They are in the process of designing a forest garden on their urban lot that will provide food for their family and local wildlife.  They grow many of their own vegetables and even fertilize the garden with droppings from their chickens. When you call, ask her about her experiment with the “chicken tractor.”

Give Lorie Clements a call and allow her to share the wealth.
