When Frankie Lacy pulled up for her first day of work on her motorcycle, Renee knew she was a keeper. Frankie is a biker chick and proud of it. Sick of being a passenger, Frankie bought a 1980 Honda CB400 and started riding in her 50s. Now she owns two bikes and can be found exploring the open roads of the Northwest with her own riff raff motorcycle gang.

When Frankie’s not zooming down the open road, she’s zipping through rapids, white water rafting with her friends. The mother of four and grandmother of three sometimes slows down to spend time with her family.

Her sense of adventure and independence is one of the reasons Frankie fits so well at Rose City. With over 30 years experience in the financial and insurance business, Frankie started at Rose City as a temp and moved up the ranks to become office manager. Frankie and her no-nonsense attitude are here for all your needs.
