It's been a long and winding road, but Debra Baumberger's path to Rose City Mortgage is not one she would change. Along the way she's pulled lumber in a saw mill, cooked in a fine restaurant on the Oregon Coast, and waited tables. Her love for helping others was a natural fit in her sales and marketing endeavors that followed.
Although she's had to overcome some health challenges, Debra believes she is still here because God's plan for her is not yet fulfilled. She looks at each day as a gift and wants to live life to its fullest. Debra believes everyone deserves fair and equal treatment. "I am very passionate about helping others and want to make a difference in this world before I go," she says.
A native Northwesterner, Debra spends her free time exploring Oregon's beaches and going on nature walks with her two Bichon Frise dogs. She can also be found hiking, golfing, cooking, playing tennis, and enjoying cultural events.
As a loan consultant, Debra listens to her client's needs and customizes each loan based on her client's goals. She spends her time taking care of all the details so you don't have to. "My goal is for your loan experience to be stress-free," she says. In addition to educating her clients about credit, debt consolidation, and investing, her favorite part about being a loan officer is helping renters move into homes. She says, "It feels good to get people out of rent and into home ownership." Debra believes in supporting local businesses and is active with the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce and Portland Business Alliance. As a true pet lover, she donates her time to events that support local animal rescue organizations.
